Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
All’interno del team sarai coinvolto/a in attività di:
- Sviluppo software supportato da strumenti di Generative AI (coding, refactoring, code review, test generation) tramite tool come GitHub Copilot, Claude e soluzioni equivalenti.
- Progettazione di soluzioni software robuste basate su design patterns, principi SOLID e architetture scalabili.
- Utilizzo consapevole di prompting guidelines per massimizzare efficacia, qualità e affidabilità dei risultati prodotti dagli strumenti GenAI.
- Integrazione di tool GenAI nei workflow di sviluppo (IDE, CI/CD, quality gates).
- Contributo alla definizione di linee guida di AI‑assisted development per contesti enterprise.
- Collaborazione con team cross‑funzionali (cloud, data, security, product) per portare soluzioni GenAI in produzione.
- Ownership end‑to‑end: dalla prototipazione alla messa in esercizio.
Le tue caratteristiche
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software.
- Solida conoscenza di software design patterns e architetture applicative.
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di Generative AI a supporto dello sviluppo software (es. GitHub Copilot, Claude o tool analoghi).
- Conoscenza di prompting guidelines e best practice per l’uso efficace dei tool GenAI nello sviluppo.
- Ottima conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione moderni e/p object oriented (Java, C#, Typescript).
- Familiarità con CI/CD, code review e pratiche di qualità del codice.
- Inglese fluente.
Nice to have
- Esperienza o interesse verso approcci di Specification‑Driven Development (es. sviluppo guidato da specifiche, contratti, test o modelli formali), anche in combinazione con strumenti di Generative AI.
