As part of our AI & Data group, you will lead technology innovation for our clients through robust delivery of world-class solutions. As an MDM Architect, you will define, design, and deliver enterprise scale Master Data Management solutions for global clients across industries. You will play a hands on technical and architectural leadership role, owning MDM platform design, configuration, integration, governance enablement, and delivery oversight, while mentoring teams and contributing to solutioning, RFPs, and roadmap discussions.
This role requires deep hands on expertise in Reltio, SAP MDG, Informatica IDMC (SaaS) or other leading SaaS MDM platforms, combined with strong client facing, leadership, and delivery skills.
The Work
MDM Architecture & Solution Design
Define end to end MDM target architectures across cloud native and hybrid landscapes, including ingestion, mastering, governance, and consumption layers
Lead data model design for core domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference, HCP/HCO where applicable)
Design and implement match, merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and reference data strategies
Establish MDM integration patterns (API led, event driven, batch, iPaaS) with ERP, CRM, Data Platforms, and downstream analytics systems
Hands On Platform Leadership
Perform hands on configuration and design in at least one major MDM SaaS platform:
Reltio MDM (entities, match rules, survivorship, workflows, RDM, APIs, real time integrations)
SAP MDG (data models, BRF+, workflows, governance processes, S/4 integration
Informatica IDMC / MDM SaaS (Customer 360, Product 360, Reference 360, CAI, CDQ)
Lead MDM migrations (on prem → SaaS, legacy → modern MDM) including data model refactoring and integration redesign
Guide performance tuning, data quality optimization, and production stabilization
Delivery & Engagement Leadership
Act as MDM Solution / Technical Lead on medium to large engagements
Translate business objectives into scalable MDM solution designs
Review and own key delivery artifacts (architecture diagrams, design docs, runbooks, governance models)
Manage and mentor small to mid-sized delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
Partner with Client Leads, Data Governance Leads, and Platform SMEs to ensure value realization
Strategy, Pre Sales & Innovation
Contribute to RFPs, estimations, solution blueprints, and proposals
Advise clients on MDM platform selection, roadmap planning, and modernization strategies
Bring thought leadership on AI enabled MDM, automation, data quality, and stewardship at scale
Actively build reusable assets, accelerators, and reference architectures
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need

Minimum of 8 years of experience in data integration, data management, or analytics
-
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience working with Reltio, SAP MDG, Informatica IDMC / MDM SaaS, Stibo, Ataccama, Riversand, etc.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience integrating third party healthcare data into enterprise data platforms (MDM, CRM, data lake, analytics).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Technical & Functional Skills

Strong understanding of master data domains: Party, Location, product.

MDM workflows and stewardship enablement
-
Solid knowledge of data integration patterns, APIs, ETL/ELT, and cloud data architectures.

Ability to translate complex data structures into business friendly insights.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience leading global or cross functional teams.
-
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

Consulting mindset with the ability to frame problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
Bonus points if you have

Experience working with Informatica IDMC, Stibo, Reltio, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.

Exposure to advanced analytics, AI/ML.

Prior experience in large scale Data transformations, MDM programs, or data modernization initiatives.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
