Our Strategy team partners with executive leaders to address their most critical challenges, from growth strategy and operating model redesign to digital transformation and technology‑enabled business change.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will work on high‑impact strategic engagements for major players in Belgium and across the world, supporting clients in shaping their future and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

As part of the Strategy team, you will contribute to end‑to‑end strategy engagements and transformation programs, including:

  • Supporting the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviors and financial performance.
  • Developing strategic recommendations and business cases to support executive decision‑making.
  • Contributing to operating model design, transformation roadmaps and value creation plans.
  • Translating strategy into actionable initiatives, often in collaboration with technology and industry experts.
  • Preparing high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
  • Working closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary and international teams.

What We Are Looking For

Education

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.

Experience

  • Typically 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role.
  • Some specialization to a specific industry is a strong asset.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Solid business acumen and interest in strategy and transformation topics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
  • Ability to work effectively in team‑based, fast‑paced environments.

Mindset & Behaviors

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Client‑oriented mindset with a focus on impact and value creation.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Collaborative, proactive and professional attitude.

Languages

  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and knowledge of the other national language - mandatory requirement

Bonus Points

  • Experience with strategic topics such as growth strategy, digital strategy, operating models or transformation management.
  • Exposure to data‑driven analysis, financial modeling or market assessments.
  • International study or work experience.
