Role responsibilities:
Actively contribute to development of CZ Strategy & Consulting practice.
Pro-actively identify & pursue business development opportunities with CZ Financial Services (banking & insurance) clients and prospects.
Develop & deliver compelling client proposals to grow our FS practice.
Lead or participate in delivery of relevant consulting and system integration projects to FS clients in CZ.
Orchestrate work of Accenture service groups to bring the best value to our clients.
Manage project financials and project administration to ensure profitable and compliant delivery.
Develop team by hiring and coaching to grow the capacity and skills/capabilities of our FS practice.
Foster motivation and engagement of our colleagues.

Solid experience in Financial Services AND management / technology consulting (or relevant experience with project management in any company)
Strong track record of projects in FS industry, cross functions of financial institutions and ideally connected also with IT systems implementations/updates
University degree (Bc degree, preferrable MSc / MBA, economic / technical focus is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills - being able to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted client relationships
Experience with leading small team - proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Ability to identify and assess complex problems, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
Self-motivated and proactive approach, experience in sales opportunity identification, leading RFP responses including client negotiation rounds
Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language (spoken & written)
Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
