Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid technical background.
In this role, you will partner with business and engineering teams to design impactful system and process solutions, lead requirement cycles, and ensure alignment across complex integration and software delivery initiatives.
YOUR MISSION:
Lead and drive end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization based on project and stakeholder objectives.
Produce high-quality functional and technical specifications that guide development and testing teams.
Configure and parameterize systems to solve specific business challenges and optimize workflows.
Serve as the primary subject-matter contact for business process clarification throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, developers, QA teams, and additional technical stakeholders.
Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and validation activities to inform solution design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity UX concepts aligned with customer and business needs.
Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to methodological improvements within the team.
WHO YOU ARE:

University degree in a Technology or Information Systems field.

3–5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software implementation, integration, or digital transformation environments.

Demonstrated experience with requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and functional design.

Experience drafting, reviewing, and validating technical design documentation.

Strong understanding of system behavior, data flows, and integration patterns.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Advanced English language (B2+) and native Slovak (C2) language skills.
-
Proactive, autonomous, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Advanced German (B2+).

Experience with modeling tools (BPMN/UML), SQL, API understanding, or UX/UI prototyping tools.
