Program Overview

This opportunity is designed for UAE National university students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or Legal, offering early professional exposure in a flexible, part‑time format while continuing academic studies.

Participants will gain hands‑on workplace experience, build foundational professional skills, and develop an understanding of Accenture’s business and corporate functions. The program requires a commitment of 5–8 hours per week, structured to align with university schedules.

Role Responsibilities

Participants will support teams within corporate and enabling functions, aligned to their field of study. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day activities within HR, Marketing, Finance, or Legal teams

  • Assisting with research, documentation, presentations, and reporting

  • Supporting data collection, analysis, and process documentation

  • Participating in meetings, learning sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities

  • Collaborating with Accenture professionals to gain exposure to business operations

  • Applying academic knowledge to real‑world business scenarios

Eligibility Criteria

Required:

  • UAE National (Emirati)

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in:

    • Human Resources

    • Marketing

    • Finance

    • Legal

  • Ability to commit 5–8 hours per week

  • Strong interest in corporate functions and professional services

  • Professional mindset with willingness to learn
     

Preferred:

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Familiarity with standard office and collaboration tools

  • Good organizational and time management skills
