Supply Chain & Procurement Consultant - Aerospace & Defense
Supportare l’analisi e la mappatura dei processi di Supply Chain (planning, procurement, supplier management, logistica), identificando gap e opportunità di miglioramento
Contribuire alla definizione e implementazione di soluzioni di Procurement (sourcing strategy, vendor & contract management, spend analysis)
Redigere deliverable progettuali strutturati: report di analisi, process flow, gap assessment e presentazioni executive
Analizzare dati operativi e KPI di filiera, supportando il monitoraggio delle performance e il decision making del cliente
- 2–4 anni di esperienza in consulenza manageriale e/o in ruoli operativi interni in aziende industriali, manifatturiere o Aerospace & Defense
- Esperienza su processi di Supply Chain e/o Procurement
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche del settore A&D (cicli produttivi, supply base complessa, compliance, MRO) costituisce un forte plus
- Conoscenza di SAP (MM, SD o PP); esperienza su processi P2P o S2C è apprezzata
- Familiarità con strumenti di data analysis e KPI dashboarding è considerata un valore aggiunto
- Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari e multiculturali e disponibilità alla trasferte
- Laurea Magistrale e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
