Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager or Principal Director to play a critical leadership role within Accenture’s AI‑Enabled Enterprise (AIEE) offering—one of Accenture’s marquee, cross‑industry offerings within Reinvention Services. This is a high‑visibility, cross‑functional role focused on helping clients re‑architect the fundamental anatomy of their enterprise with AI at the core.
You will work directly with senior Accenture leaders and client CEOs and CXOs to make the future enterprise tangible. This includes leading immersive, executive‑caliber experiences; anchoring bold strategic ambition in concrete interventions across enterprise value chains; and translating aspiration into actionable, value‑driven reinvention roadmaps. You will also lead, coach, and grow multidisciplinary teams across AIEE engagements, fostering a culture of innovation, intellectual rigor, and measurable client impact.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of management consulting and applied AI—someone equally comfortable shaping board‑level dialogue and engaging deeply on AI‑enabled enterprise architecture, operating models, and value realization.
What Sets This Role Apart
This is not a traditional consulting role. You will help define the next horizon of how Accenture engages the world’s most senior leaders on one of the most consequential business questions of our time: how to reinvent the enterprise for the age of AI.
You will have the latitude to build new businesses with clients, influence go‑to‑market strategy, and work at the intersection of Accenture’s most powerful industry, strategy, and technology capabilities. If you are energized by ambiguity, inspired by scale, and motivated by impact at the highest levels of global business, this role was designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end‑to‑end engagement frameworks, tooling, and immersive experiences that enable insight‑led CEO and CXO interactions and differentiate Accenture’s enterprise reinvention approach.
- Facilitate executive workshops, briefings, and immersive sessions with C‑suite audiences, making the AI‑enabled enterprise tangible and translating strategic ambition into actionable reinvention roadmaps.
- Co‑develop client‑validated, industry‑led reinvention narratives in partnership with Industry Leads, providing authoritative perspectives on how AI will fundamentally reshape industries.
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of Reinvention.ai assets and tooling, including AI‑powered diagnostics, benchmarking platforms, and value‑modeling capabilities.
- Partner with Global Industry Leaders to define bold, future‑back visions for the age of advanced AI and translate them into clear, value‑anchored enterprise reinvention roadmaps tailored to client industries and business contexts.
- Originate and shape integrated, cross‑functional, AI‑first deals that drive enterprise‑wide reinvention and position Accenture as a differentiated transformation partner.
- Lead the Reinvention Office on major engagements, coordinating large‑scale AI‑centered enterprise transformations, guiding value assurance and enterprise architecture, and communicating impact to CEOs and CXOs throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Build and sustain senior client relationships and develop sales pipeline through opportunity identification, proposal development, and commercial pursuit leadership.
- Support firm‑wide knowledge‑building efforts, including development of offerings, assets, thought leadership, and community engagement across the global AI‑Enabled Enterprise and Reinvention Services networks.
- Lead and mentor high‑performing multidisciplinary teams, contributing to performance management, talent development, and recruitment activities.
Basic Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Developing and presenting strategic recommendations, reinvention narratives, and transformation roadmaps to CEO and C‑suite audiences.
- Leading strategy consulting or enterprise transformation engagements involving AI, digital, or large‑scale reinvention.
- Applying strategy and management consulting frameworks, including business models, operating models, value‑creation frameworks, and enterprise capability assessments.
- Leveraging AI and emerging technologies—including generative AI, large language models, and machine learning—to address complex enterprise challenges.
- Supporting strategic decision‑making using decision science and decision intelligence techniques.
- Leading cross‑functional teams and contributing to deal origination, proposal development, and sales pipeline growth.
- Strong builder and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and create value propositions and commercial solutions from ambiguous, C‑suite‑level problem statements.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by client and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, economics, computer science, data science, engineering).
- Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., Financial Services, Health & Public Service, Communications & Media, Resources, Products).
- Previous experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or a leading technology company with an enterprise AI or transformation focus.
- Experience building or scaling new offerings, practices, or capabilities from the ground up.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, enterprise automation tools, and proprietary reinvention or benchmarking assets.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial passion for AI, evidenced through professional experience and personal engagement with AI technologies or communities.
