Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and AWS Connect professionals to join our AWS Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS, spanning infrastructure, applications, DevOps, and data platforms in line with evolving project requirements.

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, product owners, and client stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and highly automated cloud solutions within a fast-paced, agile delivery environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

AWS Cloud Engineer

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and high-performance AWS infrastructure solutions.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

  • Optimize workloads for cost savings, performance, and security.

  • Monitor cloud usage and lead issue resolution for AWS environments.

DevOps Engineer

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and infrastructure updates.

  • Apply automation to manage cloud infrastructure and system configurations.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications.

  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization for infrastructure and applications.

Data Engineer

  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines to handle structured/unstructured data.

  • Work extensively with AWS data services like S3, Redshift, RDS, Glue, and Athena.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver insights using cloud-based data warehouses and tools.

  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in all engineering activities.

AWS Connect Professional

  • Design and deploy scalable AWS Connect solutions to optimize customer experience.

  • Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, databases, and other third-party tools.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot AWS Connect environments for performance and reliability issues.

  • Deliver custom automation and AI-driven features using AWS services like Lambda and Lex.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in one or more of the following roles: AWS Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, or AWS Connect specialist.

  • In-depth knowledge of core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.

  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.

  • Strong experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, or Ansible for automation and DevOps practices.

  • Knowledge of data integration tools, ETL pipelines, and relational/non-relational databases (for Data Engineers).

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Contact Center services (for AWS Connect professionals).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are an added advantage.
