Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager or Principal Director to play a critical leadership role within the AI-Enabled Enterprise offering — one of Accenture’s marquee cross-industry offerings within Accenture's Reinvention Services. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position that spans the full breadth of AIEE's mandate: helping clients transform the fundamental anatomy of their enterprise to lead with AI at the core.
You will work directly with senior Accenture leaders and client CxOs to make the future enterprise tangible — leading immersive, executive-caliber experiences, anchoring strategic ambition in specific interventions that impact value levers across industry value chains, and translating aspirations into actionable reinvention roadmaps. You will also manage and develop a team of professionals across AIEE engagements, fostering a culture of innovation, intellectual rigor, and client impact.

What Sets This Role Apart
This is not a traditional consulting role. You will be building something new — helping define the next horizon of how Accenture engages the world's most senior leaders on the most consequential business question of this era: how to reinvent the enterprise for the age of AI. You will have the latitude to build new businesses with clients, influence go-to-market strategy, and work at the intersection of Accenture's most powerful capabilities. The job duties are as follows:
• Design and lead end-to-end engagement frameworks, tooling, and immersive experiences that enable insight-led CEO and CXO interactions, differentiating Accenture's reinvention approach in the market.
• Facilitate executive workshops, briefings, and immersive sessions with C-suite audiences that make the future AI-enabled enterprise tangible and translate strategic ambition into actionable reinvention roadmaps.
• Co-develop client-validated, industry-led reinvention narratives in partnership with Industry Leads that deliver authoritative perspectives on how AI will fundamentally reshape industries and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
• Contribute to the development and operationalization of Reinvention.ai assets and tooling — including AI-powered diagnostics, benchmarking platforms, and value modeling capabilities — to accelerate client journeys and differentiate Accenture's reinvention approach.
• Partner with Global Industry Leaders to define bold, futuristic visions for the age of advanced AI and translate them into actionable enterprise reinvention roadmaps grounded clear value chain impacts tailored to the client's business and industry context.
• Originate and shape integrated, cross-functional, AI-first deals that drive enterprise-wide reinvention and position Accenture as a differentiated transformation partner.
• Lead the "Reinvention Office" on major engagements — coordinating large-scale AI-centered enterprise transformations, guiding value assurance and strategic architecture, and communicating progress and impact to CEOs and CXOs throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Build client relationships and develop sales pipeline through opportunity identification, proposal development, and commercial pursuit leadership.
• Support knowledge-building efforts such as developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and relevant thought leadership and engage with the wider AI-Enabled Enterprise and Reinvention Services community across Accenture globally.
• Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams professionals, leading by example, actively mentoring others, and contributing to performance management and recruitment activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 8 years of experience in the following:
• Developing and presenting strategic recommendations, reinvention narratives, and transformation roadmaps to CEO and C-suite audiences;
• Leading strategy consulting or transformation engagements involving AI, digital, or enterprise reinvention;
• Applying strategy and management consulting tools and frameworks including business models, operating models, value creation frameworks, and enterprise capability assessments;
• Utilizing AI and emerging technologies — including generative AI, large language models, machine learning — to address complex enterprise challenges and drive business transformation;
• Support strategic decision-making with decision science techniques and procedures; and
• Leading cross-functional teams and contributing to deal origination, proposal development, and sales pipeline growth.
Must have a strong builder and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work autonomously and build value propositions and commercial deals from ambiguous C-suite requests.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet client and business requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, economics, computer science, data science, engineering).
• Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., financial services, health & public service, communications & media, resources, products).
• Prior experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or a leading technology company with an enterprise AI or transformation focus.
• Experience building or scaling a new offering, practice, or capability from the ground up.
• Knowledge of AI platforms, enterprise automation tools, and proprietary reinvention or benchmarking assets.
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial drive for AI, reflected not only in professional experience but also in personal engagement with AI technologies, communities, or ventures outside of the workplace.
• Experience with decision intelligence and decision science methods, techniques, and tools.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
