As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to plan, monitor, and control project performance and service level agreements (SLAs). Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will collaborate across teams, guide decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling & Control 
    Create, maintain and monitor project schedules using advanced tools and methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. 
  • Project Performance & Compliance 
    Ensure adherence to SLAs, project timelines and quality standards through structured project control processes. 
  •  Data Analysis & Decision Support 
    Analyze project data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable reporting and insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Crossfunctional Coordination & Leadership 
    Collaborate with and guide cross‑functional teams, leading scheduling and project control initiatives across multiple projects or teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Problem Solving 
    Act as a scheduling and project control SME, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to complex project challenges.

What you need to succeed:

  • Languages & Communication 
    Fluent in English and German (B2/C1), with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across teams and functions. 
  • Project & Program Management Expertise 
    Solid experience in program and project management, with a strong understanding of project management fundamentals and capital project environments.
  • Project Controls & Scheduling Tools 
    Advanced proficiency in capital project controls and analytics, including hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6. 
  • Domain Knowledge: Transmission & Distribution 
    Advanced understanding of transmission and distribution fundamentals within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. 
  • Analytical, Leadership & Planning Skills 
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with leadership, collaboration, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
