You are:
As talented manager, you’re the perfect person to help Finance executives address some of the top challenges faced today such as the designing and implementing the Finance operating model and workforce of the Future, fostering business partnering, and enabling intelligent finance. You can interact effectively with client executives, vendors and third-party providers. You’re a creative and analytical person who enjoys solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients modernize their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to understand strategy and goals, then managing your teams’ workflows

  • Create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report)

  • Walk clients through digital transformations, help them find operational efficiencies and new revenue streams (FinTech apps, blockchain technology, virtual & augmented reality)

  • Find Cloud ERP and EV solutions for clients and share best practices across the industry

  • Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

  • Stay on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem

Job Qualifications:

  • 8 years and above of experience in finance and management consulting background.

  • Preferably 5 years of combined finance and strategic consulting experience.  Experience must include project management as well as business, practice, and people development

  • You’ve implemented finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, or reporting solutions with clients

  • Experience in Digital Finance and ERP platform implementations: CFO Analytics, Finance Cloud, SAP S4 Hana, Blockchain, and/or Robotics Process Automation

  • You’re comfortable with ERP technology and know your way around SAP, Oracle, Workday

  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and design thinking

  • Prior sales experience developing responses to client proposals and participating in sales presentations to clients

  • Experience leading projects and large-scale transformation programs
