You Are:

We are looking for a Digital Portal Product Owner to join APP for Life and Annuity Business Unit.

The prime objective will be to lead the product management of our digital portal platform serving the life and annuities industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for the portal platform, ensuring priorities align with product strategy and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate strategic roadmap initiatives into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with engineering teams in an Agile environment to plan, refine, and deliver features across sprint cycles.

  • Define and document user journeys across key personas such as agents, policyholders, customer service representatives, and administrators.

  • Work closely with UX and design teams to ensure adherence to the products UX/UI guidelines as published by product management.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, customers, and implementation teams to gather feedback and validate product requirements.

  • Support integration requirements with policy administration systems, CRM platforms, document management, and identity/access management solutions.

  • Participate in sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and release planning while ensuring quality and alignment with acceptance criteria.

  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Life/Annuity industry experience/knowledge.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with insurance policy administration systems or digital insurance platforms.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with accessibility standards, digital security best practices, and modern portal frameworks

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experince. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
