Senior Experience Strategist
We are looking for a Senior Experience Strategist with 6–8+ years’ experience in the Life Sciences industry to join our Accenture Song team in Dublin.
This role is for a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge and a strong point of view on experience, engagement, and digital transformation in Life Sciences. You bring creative curiosity, rigorous strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data, insights, and constraints into clear, compelling experience strategies that drive measurable business and patient outcomes.
You are a trusted partner to senior clients and internal leaders, equally comfortable shaping vision at a macro level and guiding teams through detailed execution. You thrive at the intersection of data, technology, creativity, and human insight, and you play a critical role in defining how experience strategy shows up across large, complex engagements.
You are fluent in the omnichannel ecosystem within Life Sciences and understand its regulatory, organisational, and commercial challenges. You lead with clarity and confidence, mentor others, and help grow both client relationships and strategic capability within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the translation of business objectives, data, and insights into clear experience strategies, platforms, and narratives that drive impact
- Own experience strategy across complex engagements, ensuring alignment from early vision through execution and optimisation
- Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, confidently leading conversations with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
- Guide and collaborate with creative, CX, technology, and delivery teams to ensure strategic intent is realised throughout development and handoff
- Define and oversee cross‑channel measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics, using performance analytics to inform optimisation and future strategy
- Shape experience and engagement thinking across digital, social, and innovation initiatives within Life Sciences
- Play a leading role in pitches, proposals, POVs, and growth initiatives, helping to define the strategic ambition and experience vision
- Mentor and support junior strategists, contributing to capability building, ways of working, and strategic excellence across the team
- Act as a thought leader within the agency, continually elevating conversations around insight‑led experience, innovation, and measurable value
Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in health, wellness, and adjacent industries, advocating for new and alternative approaches
- 6–8+ years of experience in Experience, Engagement, CX, or Digital Strategy, ideally within a creative or consulting‑led agency
- Deep experience in Life Sciences, pharma, or healthcare marketing and engagement models
- Proven ability to lead strategy on complex, multi‑channel engagements
- Strong analytical and insight‑driven thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear strategic direction
- Expertise in engagement channels, platforms, and technologies commonly used in Life Sciences
- Extensive experience working in client‑facing roles, including influencing and managing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to scope and shape work, manage ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling strategic stories
Personal Attributes
- Strategic, authoritative, and hands‑on when needed
- Confident leading clients, teams, and complex conversations
- Collaborative mentor who elevates those around them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Curious, proactive, and future‑focused
- Passionate about quality, innovation, and measurable impact
