The Level 6 (L6) Senior Manager – Process / Domain Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end ownership of a process domain across a program, portfolio, or transformation initiative.

This role carries full accountability for process strategy, solution integrity, delivery oversight, and stakeholder alignment across the lifecycle. The L6 professional operates at a senior client-facing level, demonstrating high proficiency in managing complex client expectations, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving outcome-based delivery.

The role extends beyond workstream execution to enterprise-level process leadership, governance oversight, and commercial stewardship.

This role represents full workstream leadership with accountability for both people and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end process ownership within large-scale transformation programs.

  • Demonstrated capability in managing senior client stakeholders and complex expectations.

  • Extensive experience across full project lifecycle, including deployment and stabilization.

  • Strong governance, risk management, and decision-making capability.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or large workstreams.

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating within multi-workstream or global transformation programs.

  • Cross-functional and cross-geographical leadership exposure.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery models and digital transformation accelerators.

The ideal candidate must be a British citizen, be proficient in finance business processes but also be proficient in at least one or more of the following:

  • Key SAP Financial Accounting modules such as the General Ledger; Accounts Receivables; Accounts Payables; and Asset Accounting.

  • Key SAP Controlling modules such as Cost Centre Accounting; Profit Centre Accounting; CO-PA; Allocations; Product Costing.  

  • Experience in Project Systems, Group Reporting, and Central Finance may be considered.
