THE WORK:
- Support the team in building and develop GenAI‑based prototypes and solutions using Python
- Assist in creating and testing GenAI use cases such as automation, conversational analytics, information extraction, and RAG solutions
- Evaluate the quality of model outputs and identify errors or potential hallucinations
- Learn effective prompt design, model context handling, and LLM limitations
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and consultants on client projects
- Support documentation, demos, and iterative improvement of solutions
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week
Basic knowledge of Python, Git, and REST APIs
Interest in Generative AI / LLMs and familiarity with modern AI tools
First technical projects (academic, personal, or hackathon‑based)
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
Communicative level of English and Polish
BONUS POINTS IF U HAVE:
Basic understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and semantic search
Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, vector databases, or prompt engineering
Introductory experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph)
GitHub portfolio, hackathons, or other hands‑on AI / software projects
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
