In this role you will work at the intersection of business, data and AI technologies — helping clients understand how emerging AI capabilities (including Generative AI and agentic AI) can be applied to real business challenges.

This position is ideal for professionals with data, analytics or BI background who are interested in client-facing consulting roles focused on AI-enabled business transformation.

YOUR MISSION

  • Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying your creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills

  • Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies

  • Support the discovery and analysis of business use-cases where AI technologies can create measurable value

  • Contribute to AI use-case feasibility assessments, including data availability, process impact and implementation complexity

  • Translate business needs into data-driven and AI-enabled solution concepts

  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and cloud specialists to design practical AI solutions

  • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and transformation opportunities

  • Your accountability, responsibility, and autonomy will grow with your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels

WHO YOU ARE

  • Around 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science

  • Experience in applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including design and deployment of advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms or AI services 

  • Interest or initial hands-on exposure to Generative AI / LLM technologies

  • Conceptual understanding of machine learning and AI fundamentals

  • Experienced with Python-based AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Google ADK

  • Experience delivering analytical projects using GCP, Azure or AWS

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions

  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Comfortable working in client-facing environments and collaborative project teams

  • Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn about emerging AI technologies and their business applications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field

  • English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2); German language knowledge is a plus
