About the Role
The End User Computing Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise endpoint environments and delivering reliable IT support for workplace technologies. This role focuses on device lifecycle management, modern device management platforms, endpoint security, and user support across Windows and macOS environments. The position works closely with infrastructure, security, and service management teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage lifecycle of enterprise devices including provisioning, imaging, deployment, and retirement

Administer Microsoft Intune, SCCM / ConfigMgr, and JAMF Pro
-
Support device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and software deployment
-
Administer Azure Active Directory and on-premise Active Directory user accounts
-
Manage user access, security groups, and identity troubleshooting
-
Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange and collaboration platforms
-
Support security tools such as CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and MFA solutions
-
Ensure endpoints comply with organisational security policies
-
Provide support for Microsoft Teams, Teams Meeting Rooms, and AV systems
-
Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
-
Troubleshoot endpoint, network, and application issues
-
Perform hardware provisioning, asset tagging, and inventory management
