ROLE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Consulting area to work on exciting projects in the Industrial/automotive sector. Are you up for the challenge?
Take part to strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact
Act as the nexus between analysts of the project team and the leadership involved in the delivery
Manage, train and contribute to the development of the junior profiles within the team
Requirements
1 - 2 years experience in consulting firms as a Senior Manager in project management in a fast-paced environment
Top Business or Engineering School
Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
Results-driven, strong analytics mindset.
Problem solver, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level
People development and team building skills
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
