AWS GTM / Market Development - Senior Manager / Associate Director (Health & Public Services / Data & AI)
The AWS GTM / Market Development - Senior Manager / Associate Director (Health & Public Services / Data & AI) is a client-facing technical role supporting Accenture’s growth across the Singapore public sector and healthcare ecosystem.
The role partners with Client Account Teams to shape deals, design cloud solutions, and develop working demos or proof-of-value (PoV) solutions on AWS that support modernization and digital transformation initiatives within government and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Solutioning & Deal Support
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and executive presentations
- Partner with Client Account Teams to shape deals from discovery through proposal
- Articulate solution architectures, value propositions, and trade-offs to business and technology stakeholders
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution narratives
Hands-On Demo & PoV Development
- Design and build AWS-based demos, prototypes, or PoV solutions to support client engagements
- Develop demonstrations aligned with public sector and healthcare transformation scenarios, such as:
- Digital government platforms and citizen services
- Healthcare system modernization and interoperability
- Data-driven public service delivery
- Use demos to demonstrate feasibility, reduce risk perception, and support decision-making
AWS Solution Architecture
- Design AWS cloud architectures aligned with public sector requirements, including security, compliance, and scalability
- Translate client requirements into clear solution architectures, diagrams, and narratives
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, internal teams, and partners
- Collaborate with AWS and Accenture teams on joint workshops, demos, and go-to-market activities
Must-Have
- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or client-facing technical roles
- Hands-on experience building demos, prototypes, or PoVs for client engagements
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and solution architecture
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting deal pursuits, proposals, or RFP responses
Preferred
- Experience working with Singapore government agencies or healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with public sector regulatory and security considerations
- Background in consulting, system integration, or large-scale digital transformation programs
Experience
- Typically 7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise solutions, or consulting roles
- Comfortable leading whiteboarding sessions, demos, and executive discussions
- Experience working across Singapore public sector or regulated environments preferred
