As a Security Consulting Manager in the Communication, Media & Technology Security industry group, you will be responsible for supporting security-related activities at one of our clients in the following sectors: communication, media, software & platform, and technology. You will bring together technical, business, and commercial expertise to help clients address their complex security challenges.

We are looking for individuals with broad expertise across several security domains, including security of emerging technologies (e.g., AI), security for Operational Technology (OT), security operations (e.g., vulnerability management and detect & response), cyber strategy, and IAM, combined with strong commercial acumen.

In this role, you will work with delivery teams to ensure existing projects are operating as expected, while also building relationships and supporting the development of new opportunities with clients. You will act as a bridge between the client, the client account team, and our group of experts in the security domain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People:

    • Operate within the Communication, Media & Technology Security industry group, one of the five industry groups in the Netherlands, and collaborate with security teams.

    • Support clients through (security) transformations that change their business and way of working, leveraging a strong understanding of these industries.

  • Processes:

    • Leverage industry-specific knowledge to help clients define, implement, and run tailored security solutions, ensuring secure business and IT operations.

    • Support the management of security projects and ensure alignment with client business strategies.

  • Technology:

    • Develop expertise in a wide range of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies across all Security offerings.

    • Engage in discussions on emerging technologies, such as AI, and their implications for security.

  • Commercial Acumen:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within large organizations.

    • Support the identification and development of new business opportunities, responding to RFPs and integrating security expertise into business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A Security or technology-oriented degree, either managerial or technical in nature (preferred).

  • At least 7 years of work experience in Cyber Security.

  • Proven project management and consultancy experience, with a track record of supporting large-scale security projects.

  • Strong commercial experience, with the ability to integrate security expertise into business strategies and respond to RFPs.

  • Experience and a network within large organizations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is highly preferred. Dutch speakers will be given priority.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of industry-specific security challenges in communication, media, software & platform, and technology.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions to deliver client-centric solutions.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align client needs with Accenture’s capabilities.
