We are seeking an Experienced Payments Business Analyst to join our Industry Consulting practice, focusing on the Banking sector. In this role, you will be at the heart of the world's finest global financial organizations by solving complex payment and operational challenges. You will work at the heart of global banking providers, collaborating on innovative projects that merge deep industry knowledge with advanced transaction processing. By integrating messaging standards with broader platform strategies, you will design and execute solutions that improve how the world works and lives.

You will make change happen by integrating deep industry knowledge with expertise across strategy, consulting, digital, technology, security, and operations.

HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?

You will collaborate on innovative, large-scale global programs, bringing your industry-specific knowledge and creativity to bear.

Your Everyday Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Business Analysis & Strategy: Assess current states, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions by researching, gathering, and synthesizing complex information.

  • Process & System Design: Analyze organizational structures to design optimized processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration between the business model and technology.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Manage client relationships and drive cross-functional alignment, acting as the key link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement areas within banking operations and drive the implementation of innovative technological solutions.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: +2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar roles within technology consulting, analytics, payments, banking, or financial services companies.

  • Payments Expertise: Strong background in Payments, with a mandatory understanding of Issuing and/or Acquiring businesses.

  • Education: Graduates or advanced students in relevant careers.

  • Language: Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Banking Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of one or more banking areas.

  • Agile Frameworks: Experience working on agile learning projects within a fast-paced environment.

  • Messaging Standards: Knowledge of common Messaging Standards (SWIFT MT / ISO20022).

  • Transaction Platforms: Familiarity with Transaction Processing Platforms (Global Pay Plus, EPP, SWIFT AMH, Clear2Pay, VolpayHub).

  • Financial Platforms: Knowledge of platforms such as Loan IQ, Volante, nCino, Murex, or Calypso.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proficiency in Client Management and inter-team, cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
