Come WCM / Operational Excellence Expert opererai come referente metodologico su tematiche di World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing e Continuous Improvement, supportando i clienti sia in ambito training e coaching sia nell’applicazione concreta dei metodi nei contesti produttivi.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Progettare ed erogare percorsi di formazione e coaching su metodologie e strumenti WCM / Lean
Analizzare i processi produttivi e definire i requisiti metodologici per l’implementazione dei modelli di Operational Excellence
Supportare i clienti nell’applicazione dei metodi su tematiche chiave (sicurezza, costi, manutenzione, logistica, qualità, sostenibilità)
Contribuire al governo dell’avanzamento progettuale, interfacciandosi con referenti cliente e management Accenture
Sviluppare e mantenere documentazione tecnica, materiali di knowledge sharing e standard di best practice
Collaborare a iniziative di continuous improvement e all’evoluzione dell’offerta Industry X.

Le tue caratteristiche
Esperienza di 3–5 anni nell’applicazione di metodologie Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence
Background in contesti manufacturing (es. automotive, industrial OEM, products, aerospace & defense) e/o servizi industriali/logistici
Conoscenza di WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, JIT, TPM, TQM e tecniche di analisi del lavoro (es. MTM)
Buona padronanza dell’inglese.
Nice to have
Esperienza in ambienti regolamentati (pharma, automotive, aerospace)
Conoscenza di Industry 4.0 e soluzioni di digital shop floor
Certificazioni Lean / Operational Excellence.
