About the Role
Our Graduate Account Executive role is designed for curious, motivated graduates who are interested in understanding people, behavior and decision-making — and how insights shape the brands, products and services we use every day.
You’ll work in collaborative, fast-paced teams, supporting the delivery of research projects for well-known brands and organizations. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, exposure to real client work, and the opportunity to build both qualitative and quantitative skills.
This role offers strong development, structured training and the chance to learn from experienced leaders across Accenture Song and Fiftyfive5.
What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Account Executive, you will:
Support the end-to-end delivery of research projects across qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Work closely with clients, internal teams and external fieldwork partners
Assist with questionnaire development, project coordination, fieldwork monitoring and data delivery
Contribute to analysis, insight generation and report preparation
Support your team with presentations, storytelling and insight recommendations
Take part in ad-hoc projects that build your consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills
You’ll be supported every step of the way — no prior market research experience is required.

Qualifications
Recently completed, or completing, a relevant degree (e.g. Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Data Science or related fields)
Strong foundational skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with quantitative or research tools is a bonus but not essential — we provide training
