- Citizen-centered design (policy, program and service design)
- Behavior change (behavioral science, communications development and testing)
- Performance measurement (brand and communications tracking, customer experience, evaluation)
THE ROLE
Opportunities for graduates or early‑career talent to join our Social & Community Team. You will work alongside experienced public‑sector consultants, learn daily, and be part of a small, well-supported 2026 grad cohort.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Naturally curious, driven and intellectually sharp
- Engaged with the world and grounded with common sense
- Enjoy working in fast‑paced, collaborative teams across diverse sectors
- Inspired by seeing the impact of research on clients and communities
- No deep research skills required — we will train you
- Open to graduates from Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Data Science and other relevant degrees
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); Q is desirable
- Strong relationship-building, organisation and time‑management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams
- Professional conduct at all times
