- Lead senior-level client and prospect engagements, helping frame business challenges and positioning Droga5 as the optimal strategic, creative partner.
- Set the strategic and creative ambition for pitches in partnership with Strategy, Creative, and Account leadership.
- Provide oversight of RFI/RFP responses to ensure they are differentiated, insight-led, and commercially sound.
- Partner closely with Finance and Operations to shape staffing models, scopes, and commercial structures that support sustainable growth.
- Manage and mentor Business Development team members, setting clear expectations and supporting their development.
- Establish and uphold best-in-class standards for new business processes, materials, storytelling, and internal collaboration.
- Influence senior internal stakeholders across departments and across the broader Song and Accenture teams, aligning leadership teams around pursuit strategy, commercials, and decision-making.
- Partner with Song Marketing GTM team members to identify and pursue joint opportunities, tangibly demonstrating the power of our collective capabilities.
- Help define and evolve the agency’s credentials, case study narrative, and external point of view.
