THE WORK:
As a Derivatives Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Reporting on OTC Positions – Prepare and deliver reports on OTC derivative positions using client-specific formats and data.

Booking OTC Transactions – Perform booking of externally executed OTC trades in SCD systems.

Monitoring Middle Office Activities – Oversee outsourced Middle Office operations (State Street), including pairing in TriOptima, managing cash flow escalations, and controlling paper confirmations.

Performing EMIR Controls – Conduct EMIR-related controls on OTC valuations to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Monitoring Risk & Limits – Track and report residual exposures, counterparty limits, and associated risks, escalating where required.

Reconciliation & Analysis Support – Assist in activities related to back-office or front-office tool migrations, including reconciliation and cross-system data analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration – Liaise with Front Office, Technology, Risk, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Process Improvement – Strengthen and maintain process documentation to support operational excellence.

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience & Education
Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking, with exposure to:
OTC derivatives booking
Pricing or valuation
Cash flow calculations
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of front-to-back processes for OTC derivatives.
Knowledge of OTC derivatives pricing and analytics
Advanced Excel skills (VBA is a plus).
