Vos principales missions :
* En tant que Consultant Workday HCM Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation des fonctions RH de nos clients, en France et à l’international.
* Vous interviendrez sur des projets stratégiques Workday (déploiement global, montée de version, optimisation des processus RH, transformation Talent & Skills), dans des contextes complexes et à forts enjeux.
* Piloter le cadrage fonctionnel, le design de la solution et les choix d’architecture Workday sur les domaines Core HCM, Talent Management, Skills, Performance, Learning ou Recruiting.
* Encadrer et faire monter en compétences des équipes de consultants (analystes et consultants confirmés).
* Être un interlocuteur clé des directions RH et IT, en apportant une vision conseil et une expertise métier.
* Contribuer activement au développement de l’offre Workday (avant-vente, capitalisation, innovation, expertise).

Votre profil:
Le métier de Consultant Workday HCM est fait pour vous si :
* Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (environ 6–8 ans ou plus) sur Workday HCM, avec un rôle clé sur des projets de déploiement ou de transformation RH.
* Vous maîtrisez les modules Workday HCM, Talent et avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux Skills et Workforce Planning.
* Vous avez déjà exercé des responsabilités de pilotage de projet et de management d’équipe.
* Vous êtes à l’aise dans des environnements collaboratifs, internationaux et multi-acteurs (RH, IT, directions métiers).
* Vous maîtrisez couramment le français et l’anglais.
* Vous êtes mobile en France et à l’international.
