Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Sales Senior Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking to recruit a Sales Capture within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects team in Ireland. You will lead the sale of large and complex opportunities at Accenture in Ireland across a variety of asset intensive industries.
It is a dynamic team made up of Sales Captures and Bid Managers who lead and support opportunities that often combine the full breadth of Accenture. This is an exciting and vibrant team who bring to bear the best of sales at Accenture within a team environment that positively encourages growth and promotion.
We work with most of the major clients across the Infrastructure, Capital Projects and Asset Management sectors, as well as new players in the industry. Target clients include asset- and energy-intensive industries including:
Energy, Utilities (water, power, nuclear, wind), Chemicals
Infrastructure and Networks including Road & Rail, Telecoms, Construction Services, Data Centres
What You Will Do:
Support senior Sales Capture leads by driving key parts of the sales strategy, including pipeline management, leadership updates, origination and client strategy development.
Ensure our sales offering aligns with client requirements and internal governance standards.
Manage and track the full Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) sales pipeline, providing regular weekly/monthly insights to Leadership across Ireland.
Partner with deal leadership and SMEs to shape winning proposals — covering campaign strategy, solution design, risk articulation, financial structuring and pricing.
Contribute to the creation and execution of compelling, compliant deal strategies, ensuring the right Accenture leadership and stakeholders are engaged throughout.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in sales pursuits or related areas such as bid/proposal management, business development, project management, commercial negotiations or pricing.
Strong pipeline management capability, using data to deliver clear, regular updates to Leadership.
Ability to learn and follow sales lifecycle processes, solve complex problems, and adapt quickly to shifting business needs within I&CP.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence interacting with senior leadership internally and with clients.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and lead small to medium projects, calls or workstreams when required.
