  • Clinical Operations Support Utilize client specific guidelines and protocols to perform the following:
  • Review patient messages from defined work pools. Respond to inbound questions. Reroute messages to the appropriate client department for timely resolution when applicable.
  • Follow client policies and procedures to verify quality and consistency.  Others Follow and comply with all applicable regulatory federal and state regulatory requirements. Uses available resources to understand contractual and regulatory compliance requirements and reports suspected compliance issues on the day of discovery to a Team Lead, Manager, and/or the Compliance Department. Support regulatory by knowing, understanding, correctly interpreting, and accurately applying state requirements.
  • Responsible for Reporting known or suspected data disclosures on the day of discovery to a Team Lead or Manager.  Performance Management Maintains active USRN Licensure. Responsible to notify Team Lead, Manager, and/or Compliance Department immediately of any expiration or change in status of active USRN licensure. Does not perform clinical duties unless active licensure is documented and on file within the PMO department. Adheres to production and quality metrics.

  • Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) degree Holds current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of New YorkNew York. A minimum of three (3) months of prior working experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting required.
  • Three months is equivalent to 480 hours of working experience as an RN. Working experience as an RN means holding an active RN license and providing direct patient care in a clinical setting. Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital or community clinic (excludes hotel nurse, school, airport, transport, or company nurse.
  • Requires copy of JD from employer and requires internal CVE (clearance via exception). 6 months prior BPO experience or a minimum of 6 months prior working experience as a RN in a clinical setting.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English For voice accounts, must pass US Berlitz B2 level or Versant score of 58 or any language proficiency equivalence.  Proficiency in basic computer knowledge with the ability to learn additional computer programs.
