サービスを横断したクラウド基盤の技術リーダーとして、顧客のDX推進をエンドツーエンドでサポートする役割です。
ビジネスアーキテクトやソリューションアーキテクトと上流工程から協働し、AWS、Azure、GCPなどのメガクラウドを駆使して、ビジネス要件を最適なクラウドアーキテクチャへと具現化します。
インフラ設計から、DevOpsによる自動化、データ基盤構築、セキュリティ強化、性能最適化まで、技術領域を包括的に担当いただきます。
要件定義から運用保守の自動化まで、技術的な観点から顧客のビジネス成長を加速させることがミッションです。
◆具体的な業務内容
・上流工程からの参画：ビジネス要件のヒアリング、技術的実現性の検証、非機能要件の定義
・クラウドアーキテクチャの設計：マルチクラウド環境における最適なアーキテクチャの提案・構築
・インフラ基盤の構築：IaCを活用した再現性の高いインフラ設計・実装
・DevOps推進：CI/CDパイプライン構築、デプロイ自動化、運用効率化
・データ基盤構築：ETLパイプラインの設計・実装、データ活用基盤の整備
・オブザーバビリティ基盤の構築：OpenTelemetryを活用したアプリケーショントレーシング、メトリクス収集、ログ分析
・セキュリティ強化：内部監査、脆弱性診断、セキュリティ基準の策定・実装
・性能最適化：負荷試験の実施、ボトルネック分析、パフォーマンスチューニング
・監視・運用設計：サービス横断のモニタリング基盤構築、アラート設計、運用自動化

・学歴：高卒以上
・スキル： 日本語ビジネスレベル
※下記のうち2つ以上を満たしている方
- パブリッククラウド(AWS/GCP/Azureいずれか)における本番環境のアーキテクチャ設計・構築・運用経験（3年以上）
- モダンなクラウドインフラ構築経験（IaC、コンテナ、CI/CD等を活用した設計・実装・運用）
- 非機能要件（可用性、性能、拡張性、セキュリティ）を考慮したシステム設計の実務経験
- インフラ自動化のためのプログラミング/スクリプティング能力、およびLLMツールを活用した効率的な開発スタイル
- 以下のいずれかの実務経験：
- 大規模トラフィックを処理するシステムの設計・運用
- マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計・構築
- 本番環境での障害対応、パフォーマンスチューニング
