Project Role: Health Engagement – Salesforce Manager
Project Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and influential Salesforce Manager with strong healthcare consulting expertise. This role focuses on driving business transformation and engagement strategies enabled by Salesforce across payer, provider, member, and broker ecosystems.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping organizations transform how they engage, communicate, and deliver services across the healthcare journey. This is a consulting-led role, focused on business outcomes, stakeholder advisory, and solution shaping.
Must have: US Healthcare (Payer or Provider domain) and Business Analysis/Consulting background along with experience working on Salesforce implementation programs
Good to have: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Health Cloud, Business Analyst etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Lead Health Engagement transformations involving Salesforce across healthcare organizations and drive Digital front door strategies enabling seamless access to healthcare services
- Act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams, translating healthcare business needs into scalable Salesforce-driven solutions
- Provide delivery oversight across requirement gathering, prioritization, UAT, and go-live, ensuring business value realization.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define transformation vision, manage expectations, and resolve complex business challenges
- Establish governance and best practices across process design, documentation, and change management
- Mentor and lead teams (BAs, consultants, offshore teams), fostering a consulting-first and outcome-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and data privacy standards
- Drive continuous improvement across engagement models, operational processes, and Salesforce adoption
- Acquire skills that have utility across Health industry groups.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manager/Lead Business Analyst in Agile environments for at least 2-3 Salesforce Implementations with US Healthcare Clients.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems including Payer Operations, Provider workflows, care management, and population health concepts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and Team handling skills.
- Cross-cultural competence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Digital Front Door, Salesforce CRM, Contact Center, or Quote-to-Cash workflows in healthcare.
- Firsthand experience with Sales/Service Cloud/Health Cloud/Experience Cloud implementations in Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with distributed and cross-geographical teams
Years of Experience: 8-12 years(s) of relevant experience is required
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education); MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
