You Are:
Dynamic and passionate, you thrive on driving innovation and delivering exceptional results within the rapidly evolving landscape of media consumption, advertising technology, and connectivity, with a keen focus on the disruptive potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Holistic Industry Expertise: Staying abreast of critical industry trends—from 5G/6G monetization and infrastructure transformation to subscriber retention strategies, content valuation, and the shift to programmatic advertising—you leverage these insights to develop cutting-edge strategies for clients in both connectivity and content.
AI and Digital Transformation: You possess basic knowledge of AI trends, recognizing its power to fundamentally change operations.
For Telcos: You advise on leveraging AI for network optimization (e.g., predictive maintenance, capacity planning) and enhancing the customer experience (e.g., advanced AI chatbots, hyper-personalized offers).
For Media: You guide clients on utilizing Generative AI for content creation and curation, improving personalization for streaming and advertising, and driving efficiency in content supply chains.
Core Capabilities: Your service areas may include supply chain and operations transformation, technology advisory (including BSS/OSS modernization and DAM/CMS), talent strategy, content monetization, and holistic digital transformation fueled by data and AI.
Strategic & Execution Excellence: A strategic thinker and execution expert, you excel at crafting comprehensive strategic plans and translating them into actionable, results-driven roadmaps. You are adept at optimizing network rollouts for Telcos or developing direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform strategies for media companies.
Versatile Engagement Leader: You thrive on diverse, high-impact engagements, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic and operational goals, such as market entry, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across sector boundaries, content licensing optimization, and achieving operational efficiency through automation.
Leadership & Relationships: As a relationship builder and team leader, you foster strong client relationships across the entire value chain and empower teams to achieve peak performance.
Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 8 years’ professional experience consulting for or working in the Communications & Media industry

Minimum of 6 years’ experience advising growth, competitive agility, enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives

A Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points if:

Experience at a consulting firm

You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools

You are a published thought leader in the Communications and Media industry
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
