Agentic Solution Engagement Lead
Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. Find out more about us at accenture.com.
Role focus
As the Agentic Solution Engagement Lead, you will sit at the intersection of technology strategy and deep engineering. You are expected to be a hands-on technologist with relevant experience with solution engineering, designing and implementing technology architecture, and prototyping cloud, data and AI solutions for specific clients and industries.
You will lead the charge in designing and prototyping sophisticated, agentic systems that leverage the full power of the Google Cloud and Gemini ecosystem to solve complex business challenges for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
-
Solution Engineering & Ideation: Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for AI Agents. You’ll translate "business pain" into a technical roadmap that prioritizes scalability and ROI.
-
Rapid Prototyping: You will be expected to build high-fidelity "Agentic" prototypes that demonstrate multi-step reasoning, tool-use, and complex orchestration.
-
Architecture Design: Define the blueprints for enterprise-grade AI systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and seamlessly integrated with existing data pipelines.
-
Google Stack Mastery: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Google’s Cloud and AI portfolio, ensuring we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with the latest releases.
-
Technical Advocacy: Bridge the gap between engineering teams and executive leadership, explaining complex "black box" concepts with clarity and conviction.
Technical Expertise:
To thrive in this role, you should have deep expertise across the Google Cloud (GCP), Gemini and Vertex AI landscape:
Generative AI : Gemini 1.5 Pro/Flash, Vertex AI Studio, Model Garden
Orchestration : LangChain, LangGraph, or Vertex AI Agent Builder, Agent development kit
Data & Vector : BigQuery (Vector Search), Vertex AI Search & Conversation
Architecture: Microservices (Cloud Run/GKE), Event-driven design (Pub/Sub)
Development: Python (Expert), API Design, CI/CD for ML (MLOps), Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Gemini code assist
Who You Are
-
A Deep Technologist: You don't just prompt; you understand embeddings, context windows, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures at a fundamental level.
-
A Strategic Thinker: You look past the hype to find the real utility. You understand that an agent is only as good as the data it can access and the tools it can trigger.
-
A Builder at Heart: You thrive in the "zero-to-one" phase. You enjoy the challenge of a blank IDE and a complex problem.
-
A Google Ecosystem Native: You are intimately familiar with how GCP services integrate across the ecosystem and how to optimize for performance and cost within the Google Cloud environment.
Qualifications
10+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or data science.
4+ years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and implementation.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise clients.
Relevant Google Cloud Certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer) are a major plus.
