Avrai un ruolo chiave nel disegno, nell’evoluzione e nella governance delle piattaforme di osservabilità, creando valore concreto per il business.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive:
Entrerai a far parte del nostro network di professionisti specializzati in Digital Operations e Monitoring. Lavorerai su progetti complessi e innovativi, supportando clienti di grandi dimensioni nell’evoluzione dei loro sistemi di monitoraggio end-to-end. In particolare, ti occuperai di:
Agire come punto di riferimento tecnico tra team di vendita, delivery e cliente per le soluzioni di monitoraggio.
Progettare e governare soluzioni di monitoraggio infrastrutturale e applicativo, con focus su BMC Helix (nice to have: Dynatrace).
Definire modelli di evoluzione del monitoraggio, garantendo coerenza con i processi ITSM e le best practice operative.
Supportare la definizione di roadmap, pianificazioni e architetture evolutive dei sistemi di osservabilità.
Collaborare alla stesura di offerte tecniche ed economiche, contribuendo alle attività di pre-sales, stima dei costi e pianificazione delle iniziative.
Assicurare l’integrazione delle soluzioni di monitoring con i processi di Incident, Problem, Change e Service Level Management.
Contribuire alla governance complessiva del servizio, monitorando KPI, SLA e qualità operativa.

Se condividi la nostra passione per le Digital Operations e possiedi le seguenti caratteristiche, potresti essere la persona giusta per noi:
Esperienza consolidata (almeno 3 anni) in Digital Monitoring Solutions.
Conoscenza approfondita di BMC Helix (Operations Management, AIOps, Event Management).
Esperienza o familiarità con piattaforme di osservabilità come Dynatrace (nice to have).
Solida conoscenza dei processi ITSM (ITIL).
Capacità di governance tecnica su evoluzioni di piattaforme di monitoraggio.
Esperienza nella preparazione di offerte, pianificazioni progettuali e stime economiche.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
