Requirements Engineering Intern
A new area within Accenture Hungary is Industry X, an advanced, digitally-enabled planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries.
In your role within the Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves across industries. You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related service value chains.

What will be your responsibility:
- Collect, analyze, and document requirements for HV battery systems, modules, and lithium‑based cells.
- Create requirement specifications aligned with battery standards, safety regulations, and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices for all battery system components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (incl. OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers) to clarify battery‑related requirements.
- Identify requirement‑related risks in battery system development and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support change, requirements, risk, and release management within battery development projects.
- Contribute to project plans and timelines based on battery system requirements.
- Coordinate with testing, QA, integration, and requirements management teams involved in battery development.
- Align CAD design activities for battery components with defined system requirements.
Required skills:
Studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering/Automotive Engineering/Mechatronics/Physics or Chemistry
Interest in vehicle technology/manufacturing processes and a deep interest in battery development
Knowledge of at least one CAD software, such as CATIA or NX, and confident handling of MS Office
Previous experience in the field of 3D/2D design
At least B2 level in English and German languages
Able to work at least 20 hours/week
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
