(Senior) Security Consulting Manager Resources
As a (Senior) Security Consulting Manager in the Resources Security industry group, you will be responsible for overseeing security-related activities at one of our clients in the following sectors: energy, chemicals and utilities.
You will bring together technical, business, and commercial expertise to help clients address their complex security challenges.
We are looking for people with a broad understanding in several security domains. This includes security of emerging technologies (e.g., AI), security for Operational Technology (OT), security operations (e.g., vulnerability management and detect & response), cyber strategy and IAM combined with strong commercial acumen.
In this role, you will work with delivery teams to ensure existing projects are operating as expected, while also building relationships and developing new opportunities with clients. You will act as a bridge between the client, the client account team, and our group of experts in the security domain teams.
Key Responsibilities:
People: As part of the Accenture Security team, you will operate within the Resources Security industry group, one of the five industry groups in the Netherlands. Clients are undergoing (security) transformations that change their business and way of working, and a strong understanding of these industries is essential.
Processes: You will leverage your industry-specific knowledge to help clients define, implement, and run tailored security solutions, ensuring secure business and IT operations.
Technology: You will have the opportunity to develop expertise in a wide range of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies across all Security offerings.
Data: Operating in a data-driven environment, you will utilize insights to deliver projects and identify new opportunities for clients.

Here’s what you’ll need:
A Security or technology-oriented degree, either managerial or technical in nature (preferred).
7–10 years of work experience in Cyber Security
Experience and a network within large organizations.
Proven project management and/or consultancy experience.
Strong commercial experience, with the ability to integrate security expertise into business strategies, and experience in responding to RFPs
