Job Summary

Human Resources is involved in every part of Accenture's organization and Human Resources activities fall into roughly three categories: Talent management, including workforce planning, recruiting, career management, performance management, capability development, scheduling and rewards; Employee engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction and employee and alumni relations; and Human capital efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead teams in architecting & building future-proof, agile, and resilient organization and operating models which embrace the future of work

  • Help teams pinpoint the best solutions to meet the unique Business strategy, market, and organizational needs of clients

  • Use data and analytics to drive insights that shape end to end client solutions

  • Earn the trust of leaders at client organizations, and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of people, organization, business, and technology

  • Design Transformational Change Strategies and Programs

  • Co-create and support enterprise-wide, enduring, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies

  • Work with clients to take a scientific and evidenced based approach to develop and test your hypothesis

  • Understand business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics and lead effective organizational diagnosis to understand the root causes of organizational issues.

  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, engagement, and readiness for change

  • Manage identification of required leadership/stakeholder attributes and articulate the importance effective leadership that is responsive to organizational needs

  • Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow

  • Manage and support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations

  • Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in four or more the following areas:

  • Operating Model Design / Organization Design / Organization Analytics

  • Transformational Change Management

  • Talent & Workforce Analytics

  • Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Enterprise Transformation

  • Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Human Capital Strategy

  • Talent & Workforce Analytics

  • Talent Management Lifecycle / Talent Development and Learning / Talent Transformations

  • Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation

  • Leadership Development & Culture Transformation

  • Leadership and Culture Assessments, Tools and Diagnostics

  • Design Thinking

  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if

  • MBA or graduate-level degree in related field

  • Background in individual and/or organizational psychology, behavioral science or clinical psychology

  • Strong organization and workforce analytics skills (e.g., individual and organizational assessments)

  • Experience with using a scientific approach (i.e., hypothesis, test, measure, iterate) to test behavior change initiatives

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Proficiency with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI)

  • Experience with implementing Digital Learning solutions (AR/VR/XR)

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
