This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture.

Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role
This role requires maturity and experience working with senior management team members. You will be a good influencer, professional and comfortable liaising with a diverse range of people including prospective and current clients and their EAs, as well as staff from contractors to Senior Directors.
This role will suit a proactive individual with an ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. The successful candidate should have a desire to work closely with their Director(s) to develop their business and embrace the challenge of establishing relationships and setting up meetings with new and existing clients. They should have exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and problem-solve as well as attention to detail and a strong customer service attitude. Managing diaries with clients’ busy schedules will require diplomacy coupled with tenacity. Being organized, efficient and self-motivated is a necessity.
80% Business Development support for Director - Participate as a key member of the business development team and drive activities
- Support business development activities:
- Follow up on introductory emails and determine best approach to secure meetings with new contacts (calls, email)
- Company and contact research to:
- Create and maintain CRMs data - companies, contacts, opportunities and tasks associated with Business Development activities
- Assist with Business Development campaigns (under guidance of Principals)
- Schedule and participate in account plan meetings, take notes, circulate account plan reports
20% Other duties
- Monthly and weekly BDEA meetings contribution and participation
- Assisting in organizing events for LATAM employees
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Special needs (get to know what will help the Director be successful in their role)
- Calendar management
- Time and Expense entry
This role will suit an organized, proactive and efficient sales professional. It should be seen as an opportunity to utilize and further develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will need to demonstrate the following competencies:

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years professional administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of Executive Assistant experience
