We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer specialized in LLMs/GenAI to work end-to-end.
The role involves collaborating on solution design, defining technical architecture, and producing low-level documentation.
It includes the development and industrialization of GenAI solutions (agents, RAG, infrastructure), ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
Finally, the profile will support deployment, monitoring, operation, and ongoing maintenance of solutions within corporate environments, integrated into the banking ecosystem.
Main Functions
  • Design and implement solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI, integrating frameworks such as LangChain and RAG architectures.
  • Develop MLOps pipelines for model industrialization in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into corporate and banking ecosystems.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance and scalability in production environments.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python as the primary programming language.
  • Solid knowledge of LLM architectures, Generative AI, and tools like LangChain.
  • Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps practices (GIT, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with vector databases and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Advanced English and Spanish (Mandatory)
  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Work Modality
The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office days to foster collaboration and synergy with your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
