Accenture Song in ANZ brings together strategy, data, creativity and technology to help Australia and New Zealand’s leading brands grow. Our team operates from Melbourne and Sydney, partnering across the broader Song network.

We’re a cross‑functional unit embedded within Song’s marketing transformation and activation capabilities—covering first‑party data strategy, omnichannel campaign execution, analytics & reporting, and marketing technology enablement. Marketing Advisory team in ANZ partners with CMO organisations to shape marketing strategies that drive growth and efficiency. We combine market intelligence, data-driven insights, and technology expertise to help clients optimise their go-to-market approach, channel mix, and marketing investments. Our team works closely with Strategy & Consulting, Creative, and Technology units to deliver integrated solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

 

About the role:

  • Strategic guidance: go-to-market, market sizing, competitive benchmarking

  • Channel & campaign strategy: mix optimization, budget planning, experimentation design

  • Data-driven insights: ROI modeling, KPI development, dashboard storytelling

  • Customer understanding: personas, journey mapping, VOC synthesis

  • Branding & messaging: value prop, positioning, consistency governance

  • Martech collaboration: tech stack evaluation, integration roadmap, vendor management

  • Change management: stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, training

  • Risk & governance: privacy, compliance, ethics in marketing

  • Execution support: project management, deliverable coaching, client advisory

  • Communication: executive briefs, workshops, compelling presentations

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in marketing strategy, advisory, or consulting roles.

  • Proven experience in go-to-market planning, channel optimisation, and ROI modelling.

  • Strong understanding of martech ecosystems and governance frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and dashboarding (Tableau/Power BI).

Preferred:

  • Experience in ANZ market contexts and competitive benchmarking.

  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and ethical marketing standards.

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
