AI Agents Developer– Sourcing & Procurement
El equipo de Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) está enfocado en brindar valor a clientes de diversas industrias desarrollando estrategias y modelos operativos que integran las áreas de Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, Fulfillment y Process Management, utilizando metodologías ágiles, apoyándose en tecnologías emergentes y teniendo un gran criterio en el manejo de los datos.
Como profesional en Sourcing & Procurement, participarás en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial y automatización, que transforman la manera de comprar de nuestros clientes. Diseñarás y construirás Orchestradores y Agentes Inteligentes que optimizan los procesos de abastecimiento, integrando plataformas S2P (SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus, entre otras) con capacidades de decisión autónoma y análisis avanzado de datos.
Formarás parte de una red global de innovación tecnológica dentro de SC&O, colaborando con equipos funcionales, de ingeniería y analítica, con oportunidades de participar en proyectos internacionales y de alto impacto.
📌 Qué desafíos te esperan:
- Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de orquestación de agentes de IA aplicadas a procesos de Compras y Abastecimiento.
- Construir y mantener servicios backend y APIs que integren datos, reglas de negocio y plataformas de procurement.
- Desarrollar interfaces web (Angular o React) que permitan visualizar y gestionar las decisiones del Orchestrator (status de agentes, resultados, logs, dashboards).
- Colaborar con equipos funcionales para traducir procesos de negocio en flujos automatizados.
- Implementar workflows inteligentes para procesos S2C, P2P y SRM, conectando sistemas internos y externos.
- Participar en proyectos de transformación digital y adopción de tecnologías emergentes dentro de SC&O.
- Desarrollar y escalar prototipos cloud-native en Azure, AWS o entornos equivalentes.
- Contribuir a la definición de la arquitectura técnica de S&P Orchestrators y sus agentes especializados.
- Mantenerte actualizado sobre las tendencias de IA generativa, frameworks de agentes (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Crew.AI, AutoGen) y metodologías ágiles.
📌 Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Computación o carreras afines.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en desarrollo backend o ingeniería de software.
- Conocimiento sólido de Python (FastAPI, Flask o Django REST Framework).
- Familiaridad con integraciones de APIs REST / GraphQL, autenticación OAuth2 / SSO.
- Experiencia con bases de datos SQL / JSON / DuckDB / PostgreSQL.
- Conocimientos en DevOps (Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure Web Apps / Functions).
- Experiencia en desarrollo front-end con Angular o React, incluyendo consumo de APIs, manejo de estados, componentes modulares y seguridad.
- Deseable: experiencia con frameworks de agentes de IA (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Crew.AI) o integraciones con plataformas de compras (Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, GEP).
- Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Curiosidad y entusiasmo por entender procesos de negocio de Compras, Abastecimiento y Supply Chain.
