Your Daily Work
Lead and execute SAP data migration initiatives
Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end SAP data migrations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are successfully achieved.
Drive solutions with analytical precision
Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome migration challenges and ensure seamless migration execution.
Collaborate across business and technical teams
Work closely with functional teams to understand SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, and PP, ensuring migrated data supports end-to-end business processes.
Manage risks and ensure governance
Identify potential migration risks early, maintain risk logs, and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Influence stakeholders and drive delivery
Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to align expectations and support successful project outcomes.

Who You Are
SAP Data Migration expertise
You have experience planning and executing SAP data migrations using tools such as SAP LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, or SAP Data Services (BODS).
Strong data management skills
You are experienced in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Migration management capabilities
You can coordinate and oversee migration activities, ensuring delivery quality while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Understanding of SAP business processes
You understand how SAP data structures support business processes across modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, and PP.
Documentation and transparency
You have experience creating and maintaining migration mapping documentation and project artifacts to ensure clarity and traceability.
Communication and collaboration
You communicate fluently in German for client-facing activities, complemented by strong English skills for global collaboration.
