As a Digital Marketing Intern (SEO / Web Analytics), you will support our international team in two key areas:
SEO / Technical SEO – helping improve organic visibility, crawlability, and content performance.
Web Analytics – helping track, measure, and analyze website and campaign performance.
THE WORK:
Assist with keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO audits for client websites.
Help to review on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking.
Support technical SEO checks around crawling, indexation, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects and site structure.
Assist with web analytics tracking audits and implementation using tools like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Data Collection (Launch) or Tealium, under guidance of senior specialists.
Help to collect, clean and analyze data from Google Analytics 4 and other analytics platforms to understand user behaviour, traffic sources and basic conversion funnels.
Prepare simple dashboards and recurring reports (e.g. in Looker Studio or spreadsheets) to summarize KPIs and trends.
Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by helping document hypotheses, variants and results.
Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Content and UX teams on measurement and optimisation tasks.
Stay curious and keep learning about SEO, Web Analytics, GA4, technical SEO, and digital marketing trends (with support from the team and training resources).
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An active student status.
Availibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week in a hybrid mode from office in Warsaw.
Fluency in English and Polish, other European languages are a plus.
Genuine interest in SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing — you follow blogs, courses, or creators in this space.
Basic familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, simple formulas, charts).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to work with numbers and datasets.
Good organisation and time-management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Any exposure (course, university project, self-learning) to:
- Google Analytics 4 or other web analytics tools,
- Google Tag Manager, Adobe Data Collection (Launch) or other tag management systems,
- SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, etc.
Free or entry-level certifications in areas like:
- Google Analytics (e.g. GA4 skill badges)
- Google Ads or other Google Skillshop modules
- Other reputable SEO / analytics online courses or certificates.
Basic understanding of how websites work (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how tracking codes are implemented.
Interest in AI tools supporting SEO and Analytics (e.g. using AI for data analysis, content suggestions, QA, or report drafting).
Curiosity about Agentic / automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com or similar for building simple workflows.
First experience with A/B testing or experimentation (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target or university project work).
