  • Sales & CRM – Transform sales and CRM strategy to enable more relevant, data-driven customer engagement. Support vendor selection, implementation, and optimization of platforms like Salesforce and Veeva, aligning technology and business processes to maximize impact.
  • Marketing & Customer Engagement – Reinvent marketing to drive growth through omnichannel engagement, modernized content supply chains, and hyper-personalized experiences. Empower marketing organizations with GenAI, analytics, and agile ways of working to increase speed, relevance, and ROI.
  • Data & AI – Harness advanced analytics, GenAI, and predictive modeling to generate actionable insights, improve targeting, optimize content, and enable faster, smarter decision-making. Scale data and AI use cases to deliver measurable efficiency and performance gains.
  • Talent & Operating Model – Design intelligent, adaptable commercial organizations, processes, and ways of working. Reimagine operating models, strategic functions, and workforce capabilities to increase agility, improve customer experience, and build AI-native organizations prepared for the future.

You Are: 

A senior consulting leader with deep industry expertise and the ability to lead large, complex engagements. You bring executive presence, strategic vision, and a proven track record of delivering innovative, measurable outcomes for clients in the life sciences sector.

The Work: 

  • Assist our Life Sciences clients with selecting, implementing and capturing value from new commercial platform ecosystems.
  • Lead large-scale programs or complex ($5MM +) multi-workstream engagements, ensuring high-quality, innovative deliverables tailored to executive audiences.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite and SVP-level client stakeholders, influencing decision-making with authority.
  • Shape solutions that integrate cross-business units – Strategy, Technology, Operations, Song — to bring deep-cross functional solutions, insights, and teams to our clients
  • Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, and profitability targets.
  • Drive origination and sales for new opportunities, from ideation through contracting, leveraging Accenture’s thought leadership.
  • Guide professional development of all team members; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Proactively integrate market trends, innovations, and regulatory shifts into client strategies and Accenture offerings.
  • Represent the practice in external forums, conferences, and thought leadership publications.
  • Lead cross-functional solutioning sessions to shape multi-domain, multi-region programs that address client business, operational, and technology needs.
  • Serve as an industry thought leader, influencing client agendas by sharing perspectives on emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation opportunities.
  • Oversee delivery transformation, ensuring programs are structured for scalability, agility, and measurable impact on both patient and commercial outcomes.
  • Design and implement future-ready operating models, optimized business processes, and organizational structures that enhance commercial agility, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.

Here’s What You Need:  (Basic Qualifications)

10 years of experience in life sciences commercial or patient services consulting experience in the following areas:

  • Deep expertise in one or more of the four core domains and working knowledge of all four areas.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Veeva CRM.
  • Proven ability to shape and sell complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements.

3 years in senior delivery and sales roles

4 years in a team leadership role

Bonus points if you have:

  • Recognized industry thought leadership (e.g., publications, conference presentations).
  • Experience leading global or multi-region programs.
  • Advanced credentials (MBA, MS, PharmD, etc.) or certifications in relevant technology platforms.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
