ART DIRECTOR
ROLE: To develop world class, provocative ideas and design concepts that inspire each brief you work on, both for the team and our clients to make all work creative and effective.
GOAL: Working in partnership with a Copywriter you’ll provide ideas in response to creative briefs. These concepts will work across a multitude of disciplines, dependant on the brief requirements. You will also push creative beyond the brief, coming up with proactive ideas and concepts that challenge thinking.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Management:
-
Ability to present diverse design concepts and ideas for a multitude of Clients/ briefs/ campaigns
-
Ability to adapt design concepts to the environment of different mediums (TV and longer format content scripts, print, outdoor, online and digital).

Proactively come up with ideas for existing and new clients.
-
Develop design concepts from the beginning of brief to the end of the project.
-
Present creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, reference designs etc both internally and to Clients.

Ability to brief other designers and craft experts to see the vision for the concept happen.
Production Management:
-
Work with internal production departments and external production agencies/ companies.
-
Brief and provide feedback clearly and articulately to Agency Producers.

Attend shoots and direct talent, where necessary in conjunction with the Director/ Photographer.

Manage the brief and feedback to Designers and Finished Artists.
Business Management:
-
Work with internal business management team to ensure clear delivery of Client briefs.

Have effective relationships with o ensure best ideas are put forward and proactively sell additional ideas for Clients.
