💼 What You’ll Do

  • Lead large-scale technology transformation programs in banking and financial services
  • Drive delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on core banking modernization, digital architecture, and platform integration
  • Mentor and grow high-performing teams
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives

    🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or delivery
    • 4+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
    • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
    • Fluent in Thai and English
    • Deep expertise in core banking platforms, modernization strategies, cloud-native architecture, or digital banking solutions
