In particolare, potrai:
Guidare implementazioni basate su Salesforce
Guidare le conversazioni con i clienti al fine di comprendere i loro processi di business, le loro esigenze e trasformare i loro requisiti in soluzioni
Mappare I requisiti business-functional in requisiti tecnici
Agire come anello di congiunzione tra clienti e team di delivery
Supportare nelle attività di project management, pianificazione, gestione del team e degli economics

Conoscenza di una o più cloud Salesforce, interesse ad approfondire nuovi ambiti tecnologici dell’ecosistema Salesforce e ad interagire con i tools Salesforce per creare demo da presentare ai clienti per guidarli nelle proprie scelte

Buona conoscenza dell’inglese

Esperienza in trasformazioni digitali o programmi di system integration incentrate su sistemi CRM realizzati su piattaforma Salesforce (preferita) o anche altre piattaforme di CRM

Capacità di elaborare e gestire un piano di lavoro, definire una roadmap progettuale e valutare tempi e costi di realizzazione

Esperienza nella progettazione di processi e di scrittura di documentazione funzionale a supporto delle conversazioni con clienti ed input alla fase realizzatiiva
