Job Summary: We are looking for an SEO & Paid Media Consultant with expertise in keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, paid search, and display campaigns. The role requires strong proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), along with advanced analytical skills and a strategic mindset. The role also requires comfort with GEO practices, including familiarity with AI-driven discovery and optimization tools such as Adobe LLM capabilities and Semrush’s AI features. The consultant will collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align SEO and paid media strategies with business goals, driving measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement SEO best practices including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Paid Media Planning & Execution – Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and other search/display networks to drive performance and conversions.
- Data Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor SEO and paid media performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and platform dashboards to track traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Keyword Research & Content Optimization – Conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, and support content strategies aligned with search intent and paid media objectives.
- Campaign Optimization & Budget Management – Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting to improve ROI and overall campaign efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, content, analytics, and design teams to ensure alignment between SEO and paid media efforts.
- Trend Monitoring & Compliance – Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, paid media platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure sustained performance and compliance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and paid platforms such as Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics to drive optimization
- Knowledge of site structure, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and mobile optimization
- Experience in campaign setup, bid management, keyword optimization, and performance tracking
- Ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic and paid performance
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement
Additional Information: - The ideal candidate is a data-driven SEO and Paid Media professional with 7 years of experience in search optimization and performance marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in SEO tools (GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and paid media platforms. They have a proven ability to drive both organic growth and paid campaign performance through structured execution and data-backed decision-making.
