Qué desafíos te esperan
- Alinear estrategia de negocio y de IT, actuando como puente entre líderes técnicos y de negocio.
- Analizar modelos operativos, tendencias de mercado y tecnologías emergentes para evaluar su impacto en los objetivos estratégicos.
- Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura empresarial, identificando brechas y oportunidades de mejora.
- Construir casos de uso, escenarios futuros y roadmaps de transformación.
- Liderar conversaciones con stakeholders clave, facilitando decisiones sobre inversiones tecnológicas y priorización.
- Acompañar equipos de delivery (product y project centric) asegurando consistencia con la arquitectura y acelerando time‑to‑value.
- Desarrollar estándares, patrones y principios de arquitectura para garantizar gobernanza y escalabilidad.
Lo que te hará exitoso (Requisitos):
Formación & Experiencia
- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Administración, o carreras afines.
- +8 años de experiencia en consultoría, planificación estratégica, business analysis o arquitectura empresarial.
- Experiencia en al menos 3 áreas: Business, Information, Solution o Technical Architecture.
- Experiencia liderando transformaciones en la industria CPG y conocimiento del end‑to‑end de capacidades (Marketing, Ventas, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, etc.).
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Plataformas clave: SAP S/4, MS Dynamics, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Siemens Teamcenter, Shopify (deseable hands‑on).
- Expertise en SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservicios, SOA, analytics, integración y sistemas event‑driven.
- Conocimientos de modelos operativos, cost‑benefit, budgeting, risk management.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de EA, frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), Agile at scale y ITIL.
Habilidades & Competencias
- Consultoría estratégica, storytelling, toma de decisiones y gestión de stakeholders.
- Capacidad de análisis, pensamiento sistémico y visión estratégica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita (técnica y no técnica).
- Liderazgo colaborativo y capacidad de influenciar sin autoridad formal.
