Roles & Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support FME platforms (Form & Flow), including customer integrations and performance tuning.
Setup and maintain GIS platforms (Esri, Hexagon, MapInfo, open-source), supporting enterprise server/portal-based solutions.
Provide senior-level FME and GIS support internally and to clients, including troubleshooting and consulting services.
Maintain cloud-based Esri demo environments; advise clients on setup, security, and licensing.
Gather and translate client spatial requirements into high-level technical solutions and architectural recommendations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on Esri and GIS implementations, including software/hardware planning and licensing.
Contribute to tenders, proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
Assist in disaster recovery, backup, and network security planning for internal and client environments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to innovation within Accenture’s spatial services.
Build strong client relationships and ensure project delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Strong background in GIS infrastructure, enterprise geodatabases, and spatial software/data architecture.
Expert in Esri/ArcGIS technologies (Desktop, Server, Portal, and Online), including configuration, optimization, and service management.
Proficient in Python, ArcPy, FME, and spatial ETL tools; solid SQL and spatial database modeling skills.
Experienced in designing and implementing enterprise GIS solutions with a consulting and client-facing focus.
Knowledge of networking, security, cloud environments, desktop and web GIS applications.
Skilled in technical documentation, proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
Collaborative, adaptable, and keen to learn new spatial technologies and global GIS practices.
Nice to Have
Experience with GIS web app builders, virtualisation, spatial portals, and database administration.
Familiarity with BIM/CAD-GIS integration, GeoAI, XR, and other emerging spatial technologies.
